TAKING CARE OF YOUR FLOW

Do not expose Flow to water: Flow’s case is designed to maximise air flow to its sensors, which will be damaged if exposed to liquids. Flow is not waterproof. Protect Flow carefully from rain and sprays. Liquid damage to Flow is not covered by warranty.

Do not attempt to use outside normal operating conditions:

Temperature: 32ºF (0ºC) to 95ºF (35ºC)

Relative humidity: 20% to 80%

Protect from rain and liquids

Avoid exposure to strong sunlight during operation

Protect from concentrated exhaust and chemicals, as well as excessive dust

Only use Flow’s charging dock, USB-A to USB-C cable, or a certified third party USB-C cable to charge. Voltage rating: 5V⎓500mA.

Your Flow contains a Li-ion battery and may feel warm during use or charge. Do not bring into contact with skin. If your Flow heats up excessively, stop using immediately and contact Customer Support at support@plumelabs.com.

LASER: DO NOT OPEN OR ATTEMPT TO REPAIR

Flow is a Class 1 laser product and Flow’s protective housing contains a Class 3R laser. DANGER: Laser radiation when open. AVOID DIRECT EYE EXPOSURE.

DO NOT OPEN THE HOUSING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR OR MODIFY THE DEVICE.

If Flow’s protective housing is open, stop using the device immediately and contact Customer Support at support@plumelabs.com.
